Flower Size 1" long [2.5 cm]
Found in Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam? at elevations of 700 to 2000 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with pseudobulbs carrying two apical, deciduous leaves that fall just before blooming which is on a 10" [25 cm] long, arching then pendant , many flowered inflorescence occuring in the late winter.
This species, B wallichii and B tripudians are all closely related.
