Common Name The Khao Yai Bulbophyllum [A Town in Thailand] - in China Bai Hua Juan Ban Lan
Flower Size 1/6" [.4 cm]
Found in Thailand, and Yunnan province China at elevations around 1200 to 1400 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with squat, globular, [somewhat like a Hersheys Kiss], rough psuedobulbs carrying a single, deciduous leaf that blooms in the winter and early spring on an erect to pendant, basal, 1" [2.5 cm] long, few [5 to 6] flowered inflorescence with a tubular, acuminate bract towards the base.
