Common Name Lilian's Bulbophyllum - In Australia The Warty Strand Orchid

Found in Queensland, Australia below 900 meters in elevation in cloud forests as a miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte or occassional lithophyte with very widely spaced, deeply grooved, dark green to yellowish pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect to horizontal, dark green to yellowish, tough leaf that blooms in the winter through spring on a basal, 5/8 to 1" [1.5 to 2.5 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence with simultaneously opening flowers.
