Found in Vietnam and Cambodia at elevations around 1200 to 2400 meters as a cool to cold growing epiphyte with .4 to .6" [1 to 1.5 cm] between each almost spherical, pseduobulbs carrying a single, apical erect to patent, oblong, eounded to acute leaves that blooms in the late fall and early winter on a basal, 4 to 4.4" [10 to 11 cm] long, 6 flowered inflorescence holding the flowers in an apical umbel with lanceolate floral bracts.
