Common Name The Yunnan Bulbophyllum [A province of China]

Flower Size .48 to .56" [1.2 to 1.4 cm] long

Found in Nepal and China at elevations around 1400 to 3200 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with a short, creeping rhizome with conical, curved pseudobulbs carrying a single apical, erect, spathulate to linear-spathulate, obtuse to minutely apiculate, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on a basal, erect, 1.34 to 4.4" [3.6 to 11 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence with tubular, acute floral bracts.
