Common Name The Vein Like Ceratostylis [refers to the sheaths]

Found in Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo and Sumatra in low moss and scrub in lower and upper montane forestsat elevations of 500 to 2500 meters as a small to medium sized hot to cool growing epiphyte with very close set stems enveloped basally by 3 to 4 sheaths and carrying almost terete, shallowly grooved above leaves that blooms on a fascile of very short, single flowered inflorescence with the flower held against the mid leaf
