Found in southwestern India at elevations around 2000 to 2500 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with linear-oblong, acuminate leaves that blooms in the later summer on an erect, terminal, lax, 3 to 6 flowered inflorescence

CAUTION, I have my doubts that this determination is correct. The reference that I have available to me does no have the serrate edge to the lip so please use with caution!
