Found in Colombia without locational or elevational data as a mini-miniature sized, caespitose epiphyte with erect, terete ramicauls enveloped by 3, papery, compressed sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, spathulate, obtuse, channeled below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on an ascending, peduncle terete, 3.28" [7.7 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with tubular to inflated, compressed, membraneous, shorter than the pedicel floral bracts.
