Common Name or Meaning The Pretty Frog Pleurothallis [refers to the flower sitting on the leaf]

Found in Antioquia department of Colombia in cloud forests at elevations around 1000 to 2700 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with erect, stout ramicauls enveloped by a close tubular sheath below the middle and 2 others at the base and carryingg a horizontal, coriaceous, narrowly ovate, acute, sessile with cordate lobed base leaf that blooms in the spring on a .2" [5mm] long, fascile of successively 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence arising through a spathe.
