Found in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janiero states of Brazil on mossy trees at elevations around 150 to 1600 meters as a mini-miniature, hot to cool growing epiphyte on mossy trees with an erect, slender, green ramicaul enveloped by 3 sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, papery, conduplicate, light green, lanceolateattenuate below into the base leaf that blooms at any time of the year on a slender, slightly bent, 2.4 to 2.8" [6 to 7 cm] long, successively single to 2, 4 to 7 flowered inflorescence.
