Common Name The Inverted Pleurothallis [refers to the non resupinate flower]

Found in Cochabamba Bolivia in forests at elevations around 400 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by 2 thin, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, broadly obovate, obtuse to rounded, cuneate below into the indistinct petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, congested, filiform, 6 to 9.2" [15 to 23 cm] long, successively several flowered inflorescence arising laterally from the ramicaul and has imbricating floral bracts.
