Common Name The Obtuse Angled Bulbophyllum - In China Nan Fang Juan Ban Lan
Flower Size .1" x 1.4" [3mm x 3.5 cm]
Found in Hainan province of China on tree trunks in dense forests at elevations around 900 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with .8 to 1.2" [2 to 3 cm] between each ovoid pseuduobulb and carrying a single, apical, coriaceous, obovate-lanceolate, to suboblong, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on a basal, to 6.8" [to 17 cm] long, umbellate, to 10 flowered inflorescence
There are many referencees to this species being a synonym of B lepidum, I leave them separate for now. They are very similar
