Common Name Theodor's Epidendrum [Herzog, German Orchid Collector early 1900's]

Found in Santa Cruz department of Bolivia at elevations around 1400 to 2000 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect, branching, filiform, flexuous stems carrying 3 to 4, towards the apex, erect-patent, ligulate, acute leaves that blooms in the summer on a terminal, arcuate-deflexed, peduncle thin, 1 to 1.2" [2.5 to 3 cm] long, few bracted, densely 5 to 8 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute floral bracts.
