Common Name Gonzalez-Tamayo's Habenaria [Mexican orchid enthusiast current]

Found in Morelos state of Mexico in drier oak forests and in deciduous tropical forests at elvations around 1650 meters as a medium sized, cool growing terrestrial with an ovoid, subterranean tuber giving rise to an erect stem carrying qbout 15, elliptic, basally tubular, acute to mucronate, dark green, beneath and light green above leaves taht blooms in the late spring on an erect, racemose, 3” [7.5 cm] long, 12 to 18 flowered inflorescence with conduplicate, lanceolate, acuminate, as long as the ovary floral bracts
Recognized by the plant 20" [50 cm] tall, by the long inflorescence with whitish green flowers, the the numerous leaves with the top side dark green and clear green beneath and the isolated, inconspicuous plants. Could be confused wioth H entomantha but it is a smaller plant with much shorterand less leaves and its flowers are completely white instead of greenish white.
