Common Name The Narrow Lipped Pleurothallis

Found in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia in premontane to montane forests at elevations of 800 to 2500 meters as a small sized, warm to cold growing, densely caespitose epiphyte with erect, more or less aproximate, 3 to 4 jointed, ramicauls carrying several close, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic to oblong-elliptic, subacute to obtuse, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on 2 to numerous, much shorter than the leaf, rarely to 3.12" [7.8 cm] long, loosely to 12 flowered inflorescence with as long as the pedicel floral bracts.
