Found in southern Brazil and Missiones Argentina as a small sized, pendant, cool growing, repent epiphyte with a creeping rhizome giving rise to pendent, terete, acute, basally narrowing leaf that blooms in the spring on pendent, shorter to as long as the leaf, flexuous, secund, successively few, several flowered inflorescence.
