Common Name or Meaning Lorea's Pleurothallis [Mexican Orchid Botanist and co-collector of species]

Found in coastal Falcon state of Venezuela at elevations around 1300 to 1500 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing, caespitose epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped with a close tubular sheath below the middle and 1 to 2 others at the base and carrying a single, apical, horizontal, coriaceous, ovate, acute, deeply cordate below into the sessile base leaf that blooms in the summer on a short arising and mostly concealed within a reclining spathe at the base of the leaf, successively single, few flowered inflorescence with a just short to just a bit longer than the ovary floral bract.
