Common Name The Suzano Prosthechea [A Community in Sao Paulo state if Brazil

Found in Sao Paulo state of Brazil without locational data as a small to medium sized epiphyte with a robust rhizome with .4 to .8" [1 to 2 cm] between eachcylindrical, vertically rugose pseudobulb and carrying 3 apical linear-acute leaves that blooms on a terminal, erect, to 8" [20 cm] long, 10 to 15 flowered inflorescence carrying yellow white flowers with the disc of the lip being violet in color amd a white callus with a purple base.

Related to Prosthechea vespa and Anacheilium widgrenii and may be a natural hybrid between the two. .
