Found in Minas Gerais Brazil as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial orchid with an erect, pubescent stem enveloped by pubescent, lanceolate, acute bracts that blooms on an erect, 10" [25 cm] long, several flowered inflorescence with shorter than the ovary, lanceolate, acute, pubescent floral bracts
