Bulbophyllum corythium N.Hallé 1981 SECTION Adelopetalum [Fitz] J.J. Verm. 1993 Photo by © Edouard Faria

LATER

Common Name The Clubbed Bulbophylluum

Flower Size

Found in New Caledonia in montane forests at elevations of 900 to 950 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with squashed, round, red brown, wrinkled, 4 ridged pseudobulbs carrying a single, short, narrowly elliptic, obtuse, gradually narrowing below into the shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the later fall on an erect, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.

CAUTION Said to be a synonym by the photographer [not Kew] of B argyropus and may well be and if so then B argropus takes precedence, but I do not have any references that say so. I at least need a flower photo to be able to check against the 2 species. Please use with caution!!!!!!!!!
