Common Name The Octagonal Appendage Bulbophyllum

Found in Perak and Pahang states of Malaysia with yellow to yellow green sepals flushed with dark reed at the base, petals basally white the divergong lobes pink, one with 5 tohe othyer with 2 appendages, and one long stalked appendage in the sinus all pale green in color, the lip is acute, bright green with red markings anf the vesicles are red and green,

In Malaysia this orchid had previously been know as B epicrianthes but differed from Blume's Javanese plant of B epicrianthes and Parish's plant now known as B haniffi.
