Common Name The Lubuk Sikaping Bulbophyllum [An area of western Sumatra]
Flower Size .32" [8 mm]
Found in western Sumatra at unknown elevations as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a long, thin rhizome with .32 to .68" [.8 to 1.7 cm] between each, ovoid, obtuse, 5 longitudinal channeled pseudobulb carrying a single apical, erect, narroiwly oblong, not narrowing apically, obtuse, very shortly narrowed below into the base leaf that blooms on a basal, peduncle thin, to .84 to .96" [2.1 to 2.4 cm] long, rachis very short, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence.
Close to B dempoense but it is smaller in all parts, has differently shaped petals and there is no callus at the base of the stigma.
